Boss Instruments and COVID-19

As all of us are dealing with the impact of COVID-19 on our lives and businesses, Boss Instruments has been fully operational and will continue to be fully operational to support our customers and salespeople. FedEx has been our long-time shipping partner to deliver our products from Germany to our Virginia-based headquarters and from there, out to customers all over the US and the World.

As both FedEx and UPS have shifted resources to accelerate the delivery of PPE and other coronavirus-related products from overseas and into the hands of the front-line workers that need them most, that has resulted in service-level gaps that warrant mentioning.

While most overnight and two-day orders we ship do arrive at their location on time, some may not. FedEx and UPS have suspended their delivery guarantees, so please keep in mind when placing orders with us. We will be adding a brief reminder to our Purchase Order Confirmations until the service level guarantees are back in place.

Effective March 26, 2020, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
